- Client fails to cooperate or communicate in a timely fashion
- The claim lacks legal merit or is otherwise unsupported
- Continued representation may result in violation of ethics rules or other obligations
In any such instance, we will send you prompt notice and, if applicable, your records are returned to you with other instructions.
